Article 2 (Obligations of Travel Agents and Travelers)

 

① In order to provide safe and satisfactory travel services to travelers, travel agencies must faithfully perform their duties in the process of establishing and executing travel plans, such as travel arrangements, guidance, transportation, and accommodation.

 

② Travelers must actively cooperate in promoting harmony among travelers and maintaining the travel order of travel agencies for safe and enjoyable travel.

 

Article 3 (Definition of Terminology) The types and definitions of travel and the definition of overseas travel processing agency are as follows.

 

1. Planned travel: A travel conducted by a travel agency by recruiting travelers through advertisements or other methods by setting the travel destination and tour schedule, the contents of transportation and lodging services to be provided to travelers (hereinafter referred to as 'travel service'), and travel rates.

2. Desired Trip: A trip carried out by a travel agent establishing an overall travel plan, such as transportation, accommodation, and tourism, according to the travel conditions desired by the traveler (individual or group).

3. Overseas travel procedure agency (hereinafter referred to as “large procedure contract”): A travel agency agrees to receive a prescribed procedure fee from the traveler, and performs the following tasks (hereinafter referred to as the procedure agency service) according to the consignment of the traveler. thing.

 

1) Procedures for obtaining passports, visas, re-entry permits and various certificates

2) Preparation of immigration procedures and other related tasks

 

Article 4 (Constitution of Contract)

 

① A travel contract consists of the travel contract (attached), travel terms and conditions, and travel itinerary (or travel manual).

 

② The travel itinerary (or travel manual) should include the travel schedule by travel date, tour details, transportation means, number of shopping, accommodation, meals, etc.

 

Article 5 (Special Agreement) A travel agent and a traveler may enter into a special agreement in writing within the scope of not violating related laws. In this case, the travel agency must explain to the traveler that it is different from the standard terms and conditions.

 

Article 6 (Issuance of contract and terms and conditions, etc.) When a travel agent concludes a travel contract with a traveler, the travel agency must issue a contract, travel terms and conditions, and travel itinerary (or travel manual) to each traveler.

 

Article 7 (Consideration of delivery of contract and terms and conditions, etc.) The travel agency and traveler are deemed to have issued a travel contract, travel terms and conditions, and travel schedule (or travel manual) in the following cases.

 

1. When the traveler agrees to the contents of the travel contract, terms and conditions and travel schedule (or travel manual) provided through the electronic information network such as the Internet and applies for the conclusion of the travel contract, the travel agency uses the electronic information network or mechanical device to give the traveler the consent of the traveler. Article 8 (Responsibilities of Travel Agency) From the time of departure to arrival of travel, the travel agency or its employees, local travel agencies, or their employees (hereinafter referred to as 'employees') In case of intentional or negligence inflicting damage to the traveler in relation to the travel agent's duties, he/she shall be liable.

 

Article 9 (Cancellation of contract if the minimum number of participants is not met)

 

① If the travel agency cancels the travel contract because the minimum number of participants is not met, the travel agency must notify the traveler at least 7 days prior to departure.

 

② If the travel agency cancels the contract without notifying within the deadline set forth in the preceding paragraph due to insufficient number of travel participants, it shall compensate the traveler for the amount specified in each of the following items in addition to the refund of the deposit already paid.

Article 10 (Rejection of Contract) A travel agency may refuse to conclude a contract with a traveler if any of the following reasons exist for the traveler.

2. When it is recognized that travel is difficult due to illness or other reasons

3. When the maximum number of events specified in the contract is exceeded

 

Article 11 (Travel Fee)

 

① The following items are included in the travel fee in the travel contract. However, Hope Travel is subject to the agreement between the parties.

 

1. The fare of the transport organization used, such as aircraft, ships, railroads, etc. (based on normal fares)

2. Fees for shuttle buses between airports, stations, piers and hotels

3. Accommodation and meal charges

4. Guide guard

5. Various taxes required during the trip

6. Domestic and international airport and port taxes

7. Tourism Promotion and Development Fund

8. Entrance fees to tourist attractions in the itinerary

9. Other expenses under individual contracts

 

② The traveler must pay the down payment (less than 10% of the travel fee) to the travel agent at the time of signing the contract, and the down payment is treated as all or part of the travel fee or compensation for damages.

 

③ The traveler must pay the remaining amount excluding the down payment from the travel fee in Paragraph 1 to the travel agency 7 days prior to departure.

 

④ The traveler must pay the travel fee specified in Paragraph 1 by the method designated by the travel agent (Giro account, direct deposit, etc.).

 

⑤ If travel insurance is included in the desired travel rate, the travel agency must explain the name of the insurance company and the contents of compensation to the traveler.

 

Article 12 (Change of Travel Fee)

 

① In carrying out overseas travel, if the fee to be paid to the transportation/lodging institution increases or decreases by 5% or more from the time of signing the contract, or if the foreign currency exchange rate applied to the travel fee increases or decreases by 2% or more compared to when the contract was concluded, the travel agent or traveler You can claim the other party to increase or decrease the travel fee within the range of the increased or decreased amount.

 

② When the travel agent increases the travel fee in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 1, it must notify the traveler 15 days prior to the departure date.

 

Article 13 (Requirements for change of travel conditions and settlement of fees, etc.)

 

① The travel conditions in Articles 1 to 12 above may be changed only in the case of one of the following subparagraphs.

 

1. In case both parties agree that it is unavoidable due to the traveler's request or local circumstances for the safety and protection of the traveler

2. In case the purpose of travel cannot be achieved due to natural disasters, war, government orders, strikes or closures of transportation and lodging institutions, etc.

 

② In the event that there is an increase or decrease in the travel fee under Article 11 (1) due to the change in the travel conditions under Paragraph 1 and the change in the travel fee under Article 12, the change before the start of the trip is before the start of the trip, and the change during the trip is 10 days after the end of the trip You must settle (refund) each within.

 

③ In the event that the travel conditions are changed not in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 1 or the amount of damages is incurred due to the cancellation or termination of the contract pursuant to Article 14 or 15, the amount accrued prior to the departure of the trip shall be incurred before the departure of the trip and during the trip. Individuals must settle (refund) each within 10 days after the end of the tour.

 

④ If the traveler fails to receive services included in the travel fee, such as accommodation, meals, and tourism, due to his/her own circumstances after departure, he/she cannot claim a refund of the corresponding fee from the travel agency. However, if the trip is terminated midway, it will be processed in accordance with Article 16.

 

Article 14 (Compensation for Damages)

 

① If the travel agency inflicts damage to the traveler intentionally or negligently by the local travel agency, the travel agency shall compensate the traveler for the damage.

 

② In the event that the traveler’s travel schedule is disrupted due to failure to obtain a passport, visa, re-entry permit, or various certificates necessary for the traveler’s overseas travel due to reasons attributable to the travel agent, the travel agent shall include the total amount of the amount received from the traveler and the amount thereof 100% of the amount must be compensated to the traveler.

 

③ The travel agency shall compensate the traveler for damages caused by delays in arrivals and departures of transportation facilities such as aircraft, trains, and ships, or due to traffic congestion. However, this is not the case when the travel agent proves that there is no intention or negligence.

 

④ A travel agency shall not be exempted from liability for damages caused by loss, damage, or delay of a traveler's luggage unless it proves that the travel agent or his/her user has not been negligent in receiving, delivering, or storing the traveler's luggage. I can't.

 

Article 15 (Cancellation of contract before departure)

 

① A travel agent or traveler may cancel this travel contract prior to departure. In this case, the amount of damage incurred will be compensated in accordance with the 'Consumer Damage Compensation Regulations' (Ministry of Finance and Economy Notice).

 

② The travel agency or traveler may cancel this travel contract without paying the amount of compensation for damages to the other party in the case of any of the following before departure.

Article 16 (Termination of contract after departure)

 

① The travel agent or traveler may cancel this travel contract for unavoidable reasons after departure. However, you must compensate the other party for any damage caused by this.

 

② If the contract is terminated pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph 1, the travel agency shall cooperate with the matters necessary for the traveler to return home, and the traveler shall bear the necessary expenses that are not attributable to the travel agent.

 

Article 17 (Start and End of Travel) Travel begins when boarding procedures (in the case of ships, boarding procedures) are completed, and travel ends when travelers leave the bonded area of the arrival hall. However, in the case of domestic movement according to the contract, the departure and arrival times of the means of transportation used at the first place of departure are used.

 

Article 18 (Obligation of explanation) The travel agent shall explain the important contents and changes thereof stipulated in the contract so that the traveler can understand it.

 

Article 19 (Insurance purchase, etc.) The travel agency must purchase insurance or deduction to pay insurance money to the traveler in case of damage to the traveler in connection with this trip, or deposit a business deposit.

 

Article 20 (Other Matters)

 

① In the event of a dispute over matters not specified in this contract or the interpretation of this contract, the travel agent or traveler agrees to make a decision.

 

② If there is a justifiable reason for traveling to a special area, it may be determined differently from the contents of these standard terms and conditions.

 

 

 

[Special Terms and Conditions of Nori Tour]

▣ Terms and Conditions for Cancellation and Refund

1. Cancellation Fee Policy 

★ Some programs of Nori Tour are subject to local company regulations in each country according to special terms, not standard terms and conditions for overseas travel in Korea.

▶ Cancellation 21 days before departure: Service fee of KRW 20,000 applies
▶ Cancellation 20 to 14 days before departure: 30% cancellation fee of product price applied
▶ Cancellation 13 days before departure ~ 04 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee of product price applied
▶ Cancellation 03 to 01 days before departure: 80% cancellation fee of product price applied
▶ Cancellation on the day of departure: 100% of the product price cancellation fee is applied

2. Cancellations can only be made during Nori Tour's business hours (weekdays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturdays from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm, closed on Sundays and public holidays).
Ex) Saturday/Sunday/Monday departures must be canceled before the end of business on Friday.

3. Air tickets, hotels and other services are provided separately by the staff in charge as a condition of compliance with the special terms and conditions.

▶ Ticket: It is not possible to change the schedule after issuance of the ticket, and a separate cancellation fee will be charged for cancellation after issuance. The cancellation fee for each airline will be notified after confirmation. 
▶ Hotel: Cancellation fee will be charged for cancellation within 14 days of hotel check-in. However, cancellation is not possible if special rules apply due to local events, etc.
▶ Train Pass: After the train pass is issued, a cancellation fee according to separate regulations will be charged.
▶ Section train ticket/low-cost airline/ferry: Refunds are not possible after issuance.

※ Flights and hotels are subject to change according to local circumstances, and if the minimum number of departures is not formed, the tour may be canceled.

※ Non-refundable or a separate refund fee may be charged when a customer cancels a request after ticket issuance is completed.
※ After using only one-way tickets, the remaining tickets are non-refundable, so please check with the customer. 
※ There may be a difference in TAX/fuel tax due to exchange rate fluctuations depending on the time of payment.

1. Noritour only acts as an agent for some travel products, air transportation, and hotel accommodation, and is not responsible for any problems or defects in the means of transportation or problems arising from the accommodation itself. Details of responsibility are as follows.

- Delays in departure and arrival due to defects in the means of transport, non-service, etc. (Contact the airline for compensation for liability)
